Since 1978, we have completed over one billion dollars of development projects and have developed and built over 8000 units.

In the state of Texas and specifically in El Paso, Investment Builders Inc. has made a significant impact. With over 30 developments and more than 2500 units in the city, we have been recognized and supported by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. Our President, Ike J. Monty, a native El Pasoan, has been at the forefront of housing developments for over 46 years.

Monty and our senior executives are actively involved in various local and national organizations, ensuring that we stay connected and contribute to the betterment of the community. Mr. Monty's involvement includes serving as a former board member of the Medical Center of the Americas Foundation, the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers, the El Paso Country Day School, and the El Paso Diabetes Association. He has also served as a public interest director for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas.
