IBI’s next affordable housing property, Keystone, is to begin construction in January 2017. The property is located at 1331 Pullman Drive on the east side of El Paso. This fifty-two unit property will feature a two-story contemporary design, a clubhouse with fitness center, a swimming pool, and covered parking. Keystone was designed by Wright & Dalbin Architects. IBI’s Roy Lopez will project manage and Keystone is estimated to be completed in December of 2017.
