IBI’s next affordable housing property, Keystone, is to begin construction in January 2017. The property is located at 1331 Pullman Drive on the east side of El Paso. This fifty-two unit property will feature a two-story contemporary design, a clubhouse with fitness center, a swimming pool, and covered parking. Keystone was designed by Wright & Dalbin Architects. IBI’s Roy Lopez will project manage and Keystone is estimated to be completed in December of 2017.
Cumbre, an impressive market rate development from Investment Builders Inc., will be completed in the summer of 2017. The property, located at 239 Shasta Drive, will add 24 (of a future 48) units to El Paso’s west side. This mountain development will have city views, a clubhouse with fitness center, and a lap pool. EL PASO, TEXAS — Clear Sky EBH has purchased the 108-unit Villas at Helen of Troy apartments located at 1325 Northwestern Drive in El Paso. Villas at Helen of Troy Partners LP was the seller. Bill Hahn, Jeff Sherman and Trevor Koskovich of Colliers International’s Phoenix office brokered the transaction. Maricopa County records show the buyer acquired the property with a new loan arranged by Walker & Dunlop’s Phoenix office. The complex was built in 2013. – Haisten Willis
The Tuscany at Mesa Hills, a luxury, resort style property developed and built by Investment Builders Inc. was sold by IBI. The property consists of 369 units to include a total of six floor plans and one, two, and three bedrooms to choose from. The company will continue to develop market rate properties in the city of El Paso and plans to break ground on at least 2 new affordable housing properties in the next 3 years.

East El Paso will welcome new gated multi-family community
Investment Builders, Inc. (IBI), a locally owned real estate investment, development and construction company, is hosting a groundbreaking ceremony to commemorate the start of the construction process for Casitas Del Este Apartments on Thursday, November 15th at 1:30 p.m. at 1331 Pullman Drive.

Maria Espinoza is one of the company’s Due Diligence Coordinators and has been with IBI since 1998.
